Specializes in working with adults experiencing anxiety, stress, depression and relationship difficulties as well as the LGBTQ+ community.

Life's journey can be complex and sometimes overwhelming, but you don't have to navigate it alone. I'm here to join you on your unique journey towards personal growth and self-discovery. I’m passionate about helping you understand the complexities of your past and present but also helping you shape a future that aligns with your goals.

In the therapeutic space, my goal is to establish a supportive counseling relationship focused on compassion, openness, and acceptance of your authentic self. I acknowledge and understand how our cultural background, including our race, gender, how we express our gender, who we love, where we come from, and our spiritual beliefs, shape us and our relationships. These aspects come together to form our unique selves, and I'm committed to honor and respect every part of who you are.

My counseling approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Person-Centered Therapy to explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, identifying patterns that may be causing distress. Using CBT, we’ll work on practical, goal-oriented strategies to reshape these patterns into empowering perspectives, equipping you with tools to manage life's challenges. Person-centered therapy complements this by emphasizing a safe, empathetic space for self-expression, supporting your capacity for growth and self-awareness.

Outside of counseling, I enjoy spending time with the people I love, trying new restaurants, traveling to explore different cultures, and attending festivals. Also, I have a huge passion for music and visual arts. To unwind, I like going on hikes, going to parks with my dog, and catching up on my favorite TV shows.
